This is the best curling podcast out there. No other podcast about curling comes close. Love the interviews, news breakdowns, and coverage of the big curling events. Plus Robbie and John are incredible hosts!

  • Amazing!

I am a huge curling nerd and upon finishing broomgate, had no other curling podcast to listen to.

My dad suggested this to me a couple months ago and from the first episode I was obsessed. I love the humour, commentary and player interviews and can’t wait for more episodes. John and Robbie, you ROCK! 🥌 keep ‘em coming!

Ps. Get some more northern spirit on the show; Yukon, NWT, Nunavut. As a northerner I would love some representation on this awesome pod.

Q: Is it discouraging for you? Like, is that hard, you know, every year coming up so close, but not getting to wear the Scotland jersey?
Yes, it's really hard. I mean, we understand the situation. We know what we've got ourselves into with the selection.
Sending Off the Slams w/ Ross Whyte
Q: What allows that to happen for you guys? You're bringing in a brand new player, but it didn't seem to really affect your ability or your cohesiveness as a team really at all.
We've known Craig's personality, we're all pretty good friends, so we knew Craig would work really well in the team.
The Fourth and the First w/ Marc Kennedy and Paul Webster
Q: Does knowing this could be your last Olympics affect how you prepare for it?
It likely changes my approach subconsciously, making me more aware of the responsibility to perform well this time.
The Fourth and the First w/ Marc Kennedy and Paul Webster
Q: What do you think has allowed you to have this amount of success as a four-time Olympian?
A commitment to the four-year process and having great skips has been key to my success.

Q: How does winning the Olympic Trials feel differently for you this time around?
It feels more calm and relaxed this time, with the knowledge of my experience and enjoyment of the moment, particularly with my family.
