Now going to Istanbul. It’s very well explained. Very British explained, with the right amount of info, self experience and the right jokes. Really wants to visit Istanbul and the hotel.
A love for Bond brought me to this podcast but I stay for Thomas’ fantastic way of educating me on all things British. Have had many questions answered through this wonderful podcast. Thomas’ charm and delivery are a must for not only Bond fans but those wanting to broaden their horizons in British culture, traditions, and lifestyle. Love every episode. Cheers.
I did have a great pleasure in listening the podcast episode “British culture as viewed from Fuzhou, China”. I highly value deep reflections and, as seen on the surface, small remarks. I do think the whole podcast is great, because it is about attitude more than about being armed by too thorough preparations. Go on the freestyle. Thank you for many insights and humour. I would also enjoy some music and cooking amongst other things. This is the most marvellous podcast on British culture!

Music; the Cure, the Smiths, Depeche Mode, etc. sports Formula 1! McLaren! Yes and Lewis Hamilton. So learning more about this wonderful place that provides so much wonderful art, comedy and entertainment has been a real pleasure. Thomas’s style and wit is extremely enjoyable to listen to and he has many wonderful anecdotes and a... more
