I’ve been binging this podcast for the last few weeks after stumbling upon it. Lord! I wish I would’ve found it before I was two weeks out from my destination wedding. As a Cleveland area native I love to hear the perspective of a fellow Cle girl. She’s so direct and helpful and I appreciate the honesty… because who wants to do something cringe at their wedding when a pro is telling you not to! I’ve gained so many tips and insights into this wild industry. I wish I would’ve “met” you sooner!
Such a fantastic show! Aleisha blends a strong mix of humor and knowledge into the episodes that makes for a unique and entertaining experience. If you’re planning a wedding, this show is a must to listen to. I found this show originally through recommendations on reddit. The episodes really helped me to focus on the positives rather than stress of focusing on the future. This show is an instant mood boost and is great to listen to with your fiancé.
Since changing hosts this podcast is SO America-centred and so much less applicable to a global audience. It’s no longer bride ‘chilla’ in the slightest and now just such generic wedding chat, actively encouraging all things non-chill. Recent episode suggested spending $2000-6000 on a day-of-‘concierge’. In what world is that chill? Again prices are completely non-applicable to other countries. Genuinely the opposite of the podcast’s ‘life’s too short’ description…
As a three-time guest, I absolutely love the experience this podcast has provided, along with the valuable insights it offers. Aleisha and Leah both have an amazing ability to create a relaxed yet informative atmosphere that is truly unmatched. It’s an absolute blast to be a part of.

Very good information is discussed in a very low class manner littered with waaay to many unnecessary F bombs. Even the shows promotional commercials contain obscene language. If it does not annoy you to hear women talking like sailors then this show is worth a listen to.
