I used to enjoy this podcast but it has turned into an awful transcript of abuse and mental anxiety. Jemma just moans and nags for an hour! Scott tries his best to be patient and put a positive spin on things but they both need professional help. Don’t use the podcast as therapy!! It’s not entertaining anymore.
My new favourite podcast. This is belly laugh funny from start to finish. I’m now committed to the entire back catalogue. Old episode and new episode back to back is my new normal each week. Can’t wait for them to meet in the middle. If you like comedy - you’re going to love this
Jemma, thanks for the recommendation on the book, if you haven’t already then you need to read the follow up the The Boy in the striped pyjamas it’s called “all the broken places” if it’s not the best book you ever read then , well, don’t know what I’ll do as I have less the trade with than what I thought I had at the beginning on the sentence, anyway, it’s along the same lines as The Nightingale but unbelievably good.
I absolutely love this podcast. It’s warm, funny and comforting in a way that other podcasts just can’t deliver. My new favourite!
Found these guys through Scott’s brilliant crowd work clips. This is such a hidden gem of a podcast, hope they get way more exposure.

A humorous, warm, and relatable weekly chat between a professional comedian and his partner, focusing on marriage, parenting, daily mishaps, and the quirks of family life. Episodes blend candid stories from home, travel, and social life with quick-witted banter, observational humor, and occasional deep dives into personal topics, making it feel like friends sharing a brew after a long week. The duo prize authenticity and warmth, often turning everyday annoyances into entertaining anecdotes, which helps listeners feel seen and understood while providing light, crowd-pleasing comedy. A notable strength is their easy chemistry and the way they balance jokes with genuine moments, plus a Patreon-supported extras layer for die-hard fans.
