    Matter of fact and basic truth that eating when hungry and stopping when satiated will help our bodies heal from diet culture. I needed to hear it’s all about how we FEEL in our bodies when we eat the food that feels good and eat with hunger and satiety. Thanks, Laura, for those descriptive words like “feel lean in your body, light, airy, etc) which help me picture and imagine how I want to feel in my body throughout the days and nights. It’s so inspiring!

  • Wish I found this podcast sooner

    I wish I found this podcast when it started - so I didn’t have to waste a ton of money on everything under the sun that never worked (and therefore having money to sign up for her program), but I’m happy just having found this podcast. I’ve been listening to each episode from the beginning every time I’m in my car. Great advice, and it’s really been helping me change my mindset. Finally something that works.
