  • Love this show

I feel like I’m eavesdropping on some really great conversations about bread, pizza and sourdough (my obsession). Wonderful guests and Jim asks all the good questions. I especially like it when the conversation veers off into unexpected areas. This show is a gem. (And did I mention that I learn a lot from it?). Even my non-baker husband has enjoyed some episodes.
