石崗瑛子從日本前往美國，從服裝轉向電影場景美術及服裝設計，《吸血鬼：真愛不死》是她操刀電影服裝的第一件作品，與導演Francis Coppola 一起創造服裝代替場景的手法，訴說角色的性格、狀態與情感糾葛，運用服裝的顏色與象徵符號，遞進角色的鮮明形象，書寫每個角色的宿命。
這部電影反轉了我們對德古拉的印象，融合東西方的美學，也像石岡的海報 <Can West Wear East> 一樣，動搖了西方社會的自我認同，卻因為浪漫華麗的服裝敘事，獲得了奧斯卡最佳服裝造型獎... more
