  • This is my favorite bonsai podcast. My favorite episode is the one about Chojubia. I am ready for part 2. This podcast is informative and entertaining. I wish there more episodes featuring a species/cultivar. I would like an episode about Shimpaku junipers and one about Japanese maples and all the different cultivars.

  • Kudos to Jonas, Michael, and Eric

As a student of bonsai, I’ve binged all of these episodes. So educational but has such a respectful and encouraging exchange with guests.

Their recommendations come with great experience, successes and challenges. This is an art and hobby (or career) of patience and persistence.

I’ve had the pleasure of being in the Bay Area Bonsai club scene and every encounter with Jonas leaves me with a smile. Thanks!
