Was told BLT was like the sandwich but in fact BLT is definitely not a sandwich nor a podcast about sandwiches. Despite being mislead, I am not disappointed by the content. Currently up to episode 7, or possibly 77 depending on who you speak to.
saw episode 13 on Instagram, brought back some repressed memories, had a breakdown afterwards and lost me job, but now I feel like a great weight has lifted. gonna rate this self help podcast 5 out a 5
