私には70代の母がいるので、明日は我が身と思いながら、聞かせていただき、とても参考になった。親の介護は子供である自分が…と一人で背負うのではなく、ある部分では専門家に頼り、自分のライフワークも充実することが虐待を防ぐ１つなのだと知った。誰でも心に余裕がなくなると、他に感情をぶつける傾向がある。それを予防するためにも自分らしい生き方は大切だと思う。
