Beste Nanja, ik heb je boek gelezen. Ik vind het echt een goed boek voor iedereen. Dankzij jouw boek heb ik mijn keuze kunnen maken voor mezelf en niet meer de keuze laten maken door alcohol. Ik ben weliswaar een man, maar kon het prima inbeelden voor mezelf. Volg ook nu je podcast, super leuk.

Nanja geeft in haar podcasts haarfijn weer hoe het in ons brein en onderbewuste werkt als het gaat om alcohol. En precies dat is waar zij het verschil maakt tussen niet mógen drinken en niet meer wíllen drinken. Als je graag verandering wil in je alcoholgebruik, dan raad ik je deze podcast echt aan. Zodat je rust gaat ervaren in het niet meer drinken. Mij heeft het programma van Nanja me ruim 2 jaar geleden laten stoppen met het drinken van alchohol en daar ben ik nog elke dag dankbaar voor.

Echter vind ik je verhaal zo inspirerend! Zo krachtig….

Ik heb er heel veel aan gehad en ondanks dat ik kies voor de Regulier behandeling kan ik niet ontkennen dat jou kennis en methodiek zeker bijdragen aan mijn overwinning tot nu toe!

Inhoudelijk heel mooi, kwetsbaar eerlijk. Alleen het voorlezen, ook de schrijftaal die je daarbij hoort, maakt het toch taai. Een gesprek met iemand anders of een interview zou toegankelijker zijn.

Begrijp alleen niet waarom deze podcast speciaal voor vrouwen gemaakt is. Iedereen kan hier iets mee.
Zelf ben ik niet verslavingsgevoelig. Toch heeft deze podcast me geholpen om mider te drinken en alcohol niet normaal te vinden.
