很多人做生意，一直在想怎麼找到新客人。
但其實最可怕的不是沒有客人
而是客人只來一次
以前做代購的時候，回購率只有兩成
每個月都像重新開始賣東西一樣，我都叫那段時間：吃龜苓膏的日子
後來我們做了兩個調整，回購率慢慢從20%變成50%，現在甚至到70%
