YouTubeの動画にも出てきましたが、吉田は最近、ヨーグルトメーカーを使った麹調味料づくりを始めました。それまでヨーグルトを作るだけだったヨーグルトメーカーの出番が増えました。
そしてヨーグルトメーカーを使えば自家製納豆を作ることができると知った吉田は、納豆づくり専用のヨーグルトメーカーも用意して、ベランダのローズマリーでの納豆づくりにもチャレンジしました。
