1994年、イギリスで成立した法律には、野外レイヴを規制するために“反復するビート”を対象にした条文まで盛り込まれました。
だったら、同じビートを繰り返さなければいい。
そう考えたAutechreが作ったのが、ビートパターンを変化させ続ける『Flutter』。
