The Ultimate Pricing Strategy with Per Sjöfors
Q: Can you give one example of the results you achieve and how you get there?
He explains willingness-to-pay research and an AI-backed process that translates customer value into price, leading to rapid revenue improvements while staying aligned with market demand and messaging.
Jeff Starin: The EOS Lesson That Grew a Business by 484%
Q: What is the biggest lesson from using Level 10 Meetings and removing one-on-ones?
Level 10 Meetings, with a fixed agenda and data review, shift problem-solving to the team, reduce reliance on one-on-ones, and promote transparency and faster decision-making across the group.
Jeff Starin: The EOS Lesson That Grew a Business by 484%
Q: What were the first tangible changes when the implementer started working with the team?
The first day focus was on the Accountability Chart; the implementer challenged the team to rebuild it from scratch, which clarified roles, reduced ego-driven naming, and created a structure that allowed the team to operate more independently and effectively.
Nathan James: The EOS® Implementation That Changed a Creative Agency
Q: How did you get to be with The Attention Seeker? Tell us what you do there.
After bankruptcy, I freelanced and sought a different environment that would teach me about running a business, eventually joining The Attention Seeker in Auckland where I evolved from executive creative director to creative director while helping shape strategy and production.
Kris Snyder: The Next Evolution of EOS Powered by AI
Q: When did you become an EOS implementer, Kris, and how has your approach evolved with AI?
I boot camped in Denver in 2018, started implementing in 2018-2020, and while AI wasn't a factor initially, we gradually integrated AI tools to optimize meetings, planning, and coaching, always balancing EOS purity with feature expansion.
