Meist sehr informativ und spannend aufbereitet. Die Gäste sind gut ausgewählt, man erfährt auch immer wieder Punkte, die ins eigene Training eingebaut werden können. Leider unterbricht Ralf die Gäste und Phillipp öfter, was als Zuhörer ziemlich auffällt. Sonst aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Ralf Scholt vertritt im Podcast klar seine eigene Meinung zu diversen Themen und legt den Finger gerne auch mal in die Wunde. Philipp Pflieger hingegen schwimmt häufig mit und positioniert sich selten eindeutig. Manchmal auch ein wenig überheblich bezogen auf seine eigene Karriere. Die Folge 193, mit Julia Lange, war leider die Schlechteste, die ich bislang gehört habe. Keine wirklichen Tipps und Hinweise, sondern eine Dauerwerbesendung für ihre Laufseminare.

Der Podcast an sich hat interessante Gäste, ist unterhaltsam und informativ. Dafür alleine gäbe es 5 Sterne. Was gar nicht geht ist die Werbung. Oder besser gesagt die penetrante Werbung für ein bestimmtes Produkt (ein grünes Pulver). Das ist erwiesener Maßen ein modernes Schlangengift und hat keine andere Funktion als den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen.
