スパルタンレースやクロスフィット、海外でのハイロックスでの出場そして入賞経験がある砂沢愛さんをゲストにお迎えしています。今年は、2年連続でハイロックスアジア選手権の国別対抗リレーの選手に選ばれ、そして個人でもシカゴで行われたハイロックス世界選手権に出場するなど、数々の優れた経験をお持ちです。フルタイムで保育士をしながら世界一になる！という目標を掲げて、お仕事とトレーニング、そして大会への出場などバランスよくこなす愛さん。初めての世界選手権への出場への想い、HYROX魅力などを聞いていきます。
