부정적인 제 자신이 버겁고 힘들어서 운동을 시작하고 즉문즉설을 듣기 시작했습니다. 지금은 제가 전과는 다른 사람이 된 것처럼 하루하루 감사하고 불안함과 초조함, 이기심에서 벗어날 수 있게 되었습니다. 이제는 아침에 눈 뜨는 것도 감사하고 제가 가진 것과 받은 것을 볼 수 있게 되었습니다. 바쁘게 살다보면 이를 다시 잊어버리고 부정적인 저로 돌아갈지도 모르겠습니다만 그 때마다 올려주신 팟캐스트 들으며 다잡도록 하겠습니다. 건강하세요 스님.
