Nate showed me around St Feuillien and we had a chance to chat with the brewer. I learned several fascinating facts from both Nate and the brewer. Ok so I am a certified beer geek but understanding the craft from these original masters and the historical sights and smells and tastes was amazing. I raved to my wife how a woman Stephanie Friart
restarted this brewing tradition and Dominique continues the tradition with her brother. Nin-Kasi was a babylonian goddess after all! Sante/Proost!
