蘇仁義「本頻道音樂歡迎下載使用」 北港地區的「轎前吹」音樂，因應北港進香與北港迎媽祖之宗教需求，其曲譜、樂理性質、音樂內容與子弟軒社不盡相同，專職服務北港地區廟會迎神之需求，有別於地方子弟軒社「游於藝」的態度，將鼓吹樂用於神轎前開路之用途，遂成為北港地方傳統音樂之特色，且具有非常高的藝術性.雖然時至今日已被錄音設備取代，不似往日熱絡，但如此珍貴的文化資產.實在有傳習、發揚的必要。 本節目中鼓吹樂皆由雲林縣傳統表演藝術轎前吹保存者 蘇仁義演奏 Powered by Firstory Hosting

北管音樂源自於北管戲，其中包含鼓吹樂的牌子、絲弦樂的幼曲，以及配合科步的鑼鼓樂組織而成，演出大多為酬神所需，因此一開場的扮仙就成為最重要的戲齣 ; 扮仙戲齣非常多，最經典的便是醉八仙，不但包合了所有的生、旦、花、丑等腳色，曲牌演奏中也幾乎將所有的鑼鼓點都納入了，以達十全十美之涵義。
此段音樂屬於沒有唱詞以及口白的純器樂演奏，為道壇建醮第一天鬧廳時錄製，除了呼應先扮仙再演法的意義之外，也是展現後場樂師技藝的重要時刻，為了突顯樂師在地性的音樂特色，因此是以北港地區特有鼓吹的演奏方式來詮釋，跟一般的... more

昔日有著「小台灣」之稱的北港，不但人口眾多，族群也相當多元，宗教信仰自然不會只有媽祖，每年農曆十月北港的下元遶境，就是以奉祀馬鳴山五年千歲為主的聖安宮主導，巡狩地方，保境安民。
而馬鳴山鎮安宮，全台五年千歲的總廟，每逢寅、午、戍年的大祭典更是雲嘉地區的盛事，前來迎請王爺巡狩遶境的村落單位不下數百處，家家戶戶殺豬屠羊，叩謝神恩，熱鬧非凡。
