This knocks me out when nothing else can!
This is a great podcast for insomniacs. Idon't understand why it is not longer doing new episodes. The last one was posted over a year ago.
The people who narrate this podcast have such pleasant voices, it’s always a delight to hear and this podcast always helps me drift off! The different topics are always cool to listen to as well.
This is just THE PODCAST I have always needed!!!
After the reding of the article, nature sounds are played, but in contrast to the calm and soothing voice of the narrator, these sounds are way too loud and harsh and wake me up. Why do both? I‘d prefer either reading or nature sounds.
