I love the second episode because it is SO TRUE. One of the stories I remember most from my own practice is when I started going to meditation, and I had a list of questions for the teacher. Like I wanted him to give me homework and some sort of complicated schedule of at-home meditation. He just laughed, smiled, and said “If you can stop and take 10 breaths a day, you’re doing better than most.” - I appreciate the authenticity here and the reminder to keep it simple. :) Looking forward to the ... more
