Please, please, please stop using people for classical music podcasts who can‘t even pronounce „Poulenc“ and „ Beethoven“!!!!
It is just a normal ‚t‘ sound in the middle of Ludwig‘s surname. The ‚h‘ does NOT add a sound! I would suggest that you just have the humility of asking native speakers, instead of making mincemeat out of well known names! Embarrassing.
