今年度の最後にお話したいこと1つ目。まずは、2027年に予定されている指針要領の改訂について強く思っていることをお話します。
令和8年度公定価格の見直しの中で、療育支援加算の要件改訂についてお話しました。障害児保育の環境整備充実は必須のことです。その上で、現場が加算を受けるために必要な5つの条件のことなど、現場の現状から考えていきます。
企業内保育所と消費税のこと、出生数がどんどん下がっていること、こども性被害への対応とその根幹にあること、教員不足の現状・・・気になるトピックから「今何が起きているのか」を考えています。そして、ちょっと違う視点から、胸の奥深くで気になることもお話しました。
