在昨天的寶島美樂地，勞工局施淑珠主秘親自和大家分享支持性就業服務計畫的詳細內容及申請辦法，而在今天，皓宸則請到臺中市戮力服務的19位就服員其中一位－陳嵐楓先生，來跟我們分享他所服務到的身心障礙求職者案例。
陳先生說，這名案例叫做小育，輕度智能障礙的他原先在燒肉店擔任廚務助手，但因發生車禍，身體不適而輾轉到了學校擔任行政助理，陳先生從職缺開發、引薦小育面試機會到實際上工，手把手的帶領他熟悉全新的工作，至今已經得心應手。

你有聽過「支持性就業服務計畫」嗎？這是一項提供具工作意願，卻不足以在競爭性就業市場工作的身心障礙者就業計畫，在就業服務員的一對一陪同下，身障者從事先的就業適性評估到進入職場都有專人協助，可謂是貼心的「一站式服務」！
本集節目，皓宸邀請到台中市政府勞工局主任秘書施淑珠來分享更多關於支持性就業服務計畫的內容，從就業機會開發、推介就業、支持性輔導、面試準備到穩定就業輔導，所有細節都會一一照料；只要年滿15歲，領有身障證明並有求職意願的身障者都可以參與此計畫。
