  • Entertaining Romp Through 60s-70s Cinema

    Host Jim, with Engineer Phil and guest, discuss films from the 1960s and 1970s. They cover all genres comprising classic and not-so-classic movies. While I don't always agree with their assessment, I do find the discussions entertaining. If you like this era of movies, or want to learn more about them, give Back to the Balcony a listen.

    New listener. Film buff. I'm enjoying this podcast. Jim Ordowich plays devil's advocate in the episodes I've heard. A guest comes ready to discuss an old film they love, and Jim takes a sceptical stance, sometimes pointing out its flaws. He's not unfair tho. In EP72 - Sleuth (1972), Jim says something like he tried to find a reason not to like Sleuth but ended up thinking it's great.
