  • Way Back Machine but for The Bachelor & Society

This podcast is the best in depth historical analysis of not just the Bachelor franchise but reality TV as a whole. It feels crazy to me this podcast isn’t more well known because it is so fantastic, funny and well researched. I will often replay episodes to relax because the pacing and structure is just so satisfying! They really take you back to the year of each season in context politically and culturally, it really feels like you’re reliving each season but in retrospect - it’s like the the ... more

  • Love love love

I simply love this show and Carrie and Annemarie. Feminists, humorists and trash tv pedants (but like in a complimentary way).

I’m so down for more content so definitely start monetizing, ladies— get your bag.

Update: are you guys planning on coming back?

I love the unique perspective they take on recapping The Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons (I need to go back and watch Bachelor Pad and Bachelor Winter Games now!). My favorite thing about it is how clear it is that Carrie and AnnMarie like each other, and I enjoy when they crack the other up or laugh at themselves. Really makes me think they are happy to be ... more

  • Unique and Fun

I found this podcast through another favorite, Love to See It. The central subject matter may be light, but I learn something new about culture, politics, and history every episode.
