私と瞑想について。瞑想はすればするほど心地良くなり、する意味が深まり、体が動かなくなっても瞑想は出来る。ドラえもんのポケットみたいに私の道具として瞑想は常に続けていき、私の生活自身が瞑想状態になれたらなぁと思い、お話ししてみました。医学的にも瞑想はリラックス効果があると証明されているし、体のためにも健康的にも良いとされています。意味わからずただ始めたところから始まったけれども、これからもどんどん素晴らしさをを味わって行きたいです。
チャクラと聞いても調べてもよくわからなかったのですが、最近少しずつですがだんだんと何となく分かってきたような感じがするので、今の私なりにシンプルに解説してみました。
