For real! Thank you
Love this podcast! It is practical, based in real life, and a joy to listen to. Please keep up the good work. 😀
The content here is a clear minded evidence based “spirituality”. “No Nonsense Spirituality: All the Tools No Belief Required” by Bret Hartley takes a similar apporach. Much as this approach from our host is non-supernatural the focus is on psychological health and empowerment. I so appreciate this podcast and it’s evidence based “spicy psychology”. Thank you Atheist Witch!
I’ve been practicing with for over 20 years after deconstructing from the emeshment in a Christian. Recently, I have been deconstructing from the idea of supernatural influences in my magic. I finally found the answer. Atheist Witch! This podcast of course showed up at just the right time! Thank you so much!

A secular spirituality show that treats witchcraft and personal growth through a science-minded lens. Listeners can expect practical psychology-infused practices, ritual-like exercises, and mythic archetypes repurposed as non-supernatural tools for focus, creativity, and emotional well-being. Episodes blend neuroscience, critical thinking, and ecological mindfulness with approachable how-to guidance, making complex ideas feel accessible and actionable for everyday life. A notable strength is consistently translating esoteric topics into evidence-based routines, while maintaining a warm, skeptical voice that respects individual paths and personal experimentation.
