  • “Spicy Psychology”

The content here is a clear minded evidence based “spirituality”. “No Nonsense Spirituality: All the Tools No Belief Required” by Bret Hartley takes a similar apporach. Much as this approach from our host is non-supernatural the focus is on psychological health and empowerment. I so appreciate this podcast and it’s evidence based “spicy psychology”. Thank you Atheist Witch!
