As a nurse in PA, this is an excellent podcast because it is relatable. It keeps me motivated and refreshed. I love to listen on my commute to work to start my day. This host’s voice is pleasing, and she asks questions appropriately and gets discussion going smoothly. I have even shared this podcast in my MSN classes because it related to discussions we have there.
I truly enjoyed listening to the At the Core of Care Podcast that aired on 12/20/22. It featured a discussion on systemic approaches to creating psychologically safe space for both patients and health care staff. Tangible strategies were shared for creating a trauma informed environment at the bedside and in the work place. Thanks for sharing, I’m definitely going to use some of the suggestions.
