Ali has such a natural and relaxed way of relating her experiences and what she has learned from them. It is always clear that she’s here to help and to serve, not to impress or perform. These episodes are authentic, interesting, engaging, practical and sometimes surprisingly humorous. As someone with limited direct astral experience, I appreciate both the accessibility and the depth...it’s quite a range to deliver so gracefully and I’ve not found another podcast that compares.

I’m learning so much. I’m finding out that I may be rare in that I can have an OBE very easily. I hear stories of folks doing different things to experience one where as I can just have one at will once I slide into the dream state which I use a launching pad.

I have had OBE since I can remember. I never knew it was something you could practice or even something that had a name. The first two nights that I practiced some of the techniques I had lucid dreams and then went into the astral realm. I felt was such a sweet “homecoming”!!
I’m glad that I discovered this podcast and that my experiences from my childhood and early adult life are not uncommon.

I have listened to podcasts before and this just doesn't quite fit what I expected. She sounds just like she is reading and doesn't have much personality in her voice.. Just kind of boring and amateur unfortunately.
