I have been listening to this podcast almost every night for around 2-3 months and i have felt nothing but perfect asmr tingles and so soothing to fall asleep to. I really recommend the facials and different spa audios for sleeping. I would not be able to fall asleep without this. Everyone is saying how annoying the ads are but i honestly do not care at all, they r only at the very beginning of the audios and are super easy to skip through and i have no problem whatsoever..
