No one covers Oakland A’s baseball better than Susan. Must listen podcast if you are an A’s fan. Good episodes that aren’t too long, great guests!
The show has a good assortment of guests and interesting discussions about the state of the A’s. It’s a must for A’s fans.
The podcasts during the shutdown with Micah Bowie and Rob Bowen have been super interesting! Keep up the good work! I relish anything baseball now.
Susan Slusser is a pro. Always thoughtful discussion about baseball and it’s place in culture
Susan S is an excellent beat writer who has followed the A’s for many years. This podcast format gives her far more freedom to give fans the inside line than either Chronicle hard copy or Twitter word limits. Content is varied and interesting and Susan is always introducing fans to different perspectives from her colleagues, players and people she knows from her beat. One of the best local sports pods I’ve heard. Keep up the great work Susan
I listen to lots of podcasts and I love Susan Slusser’s direct conversations and interviews. You can tell the respect she has from every interviewee.
