This podcast feels like sitting down with a close artist friend who actually gets it. No pressure to “do more” — just honest, raw reflections on the real-life messiness of being a parent and making art. Miwa speaks with vulnerability that it feels like she’s saying the things I’ve been too afraid to admit. It’s helped me feel less alone and reminded me that even slow, imperfect creative time is still valuable.
I just finished listening to Miwa’s spectacular interview with the ever inspiring artist Hieu Nguyen, also known as Kelogsloops. I thoroughly enjoyed this in depth interview. Miwa asks wonderful questions that I really appreciated as a fellow artist. I can’t wait to listen to more of Miwa’s shows! I listen to many different art podcasts, and this one is a standout. I highly recommend it.
All of the episodes are honest, engaging and inspiring. A lovely way to listen to a talented artist who shares relatable personal experiences to explore life’s complexities.
Miwa’s podcast combines personal experiences with refreshing and insightful takeaways. Her curiosity and the questions she poses are relatable for anyone juggling parenthood with a passion - be it art, music, sport, etc.
This podcast is a refreshing take on the artist’s journey. Miwa’s stories about balancing art, parenthood, and self-discovery are both relatable and motivating. A must-listen for creatives
