There’s something very empowering and inspirational about the way she presents with brutal honesty and still somehow speaks in a way that takes you on an inner journey. This is a very unique podcast series filled with depth, self reflection and healing.

First of all, Sarah is an awesome person! She is VERY smart and yet unpretentious and warm. You can tell that she is really genuine. One extremely cool chick.
