I am so grateful for this podcast! I have RA and there is nothing like this out there. There is such a wealth of wisdom being offered here and I truly believe this is the path to healing for all autoimmune conditions.
I saw the other review here was negative - fwiw I didn’t feel like the episodes were “selling” anything. Just like most businesses, they’re offering a bunch of free helpful information and giving you the option to go further if you want. Nothing wrong with making money.
I’m so happy to have found you! I will be listening to all your podcasts.
I can tell you this it has been a roller coaster seeing doctors and test's over and over to get a firm diagnosis. Then to be told by another physician that I don’t have it and then told I have psoriatic arthritis! My father and brother have psoriasis. Then have a doctor say I don’t have psoriasis!
I agree with the stress and feel my situations I worked in with dysfunctional employers and all the positions I put myself in,... more

If they do I will leave an update.

This has theappearance of degenerative changesbut would be quiteadvanced for patient's age. Give... more
I started with episode 3 first for a reason. You didn't even say the words auto immune disorder. instead, you say it's caused by shame? I was a healthy, happy 13 year old girl when my symptoms hit me in a life changing way. After decades of being misdiagnosed and basically told it was alll in my head I finally found a Dr who diagnosed me after it was obvious. That was the first time I had ever heard the words ankylosing spondylitis. She explained the damage that was done and why. From that day I... more
