Most of the guests we will be interviewing have an AS diagnosis. They were once in a lot of pain and are feeling much better. They are living normal lives. Most of them did this without the use of special diets and are off AS medication. We will be asking briefly about their history and more importently how they did it.

There isn’t much support for this disease. I was feeling hopeless until, I started listening. Thank you.
Love this podcast! I’ve already started to change my perspective on AS. Do you know about June Stein? She healed herself of AS through yoga. I’d love to hear her story, too! There is a video on YouTube about her.

Michael thanks for putting your heart out there and creating this podcast. It was the first amazing source of information about AS I found which led to many others. Listening to your podcast has inspired me in so many ways and has been a huge part of my healing. I’m sure this is true for many other people. Thank you

Can't believe what he's gone through and the amazing transformation he's experienced and shares with us. If you know of anyone suffering with this illness I couldn't recommend listening to this more. Super uplifting for those who are feeling low. And shows there is a light at the end of what seems like a very long tunnel.
