Dejlige stemmer, der taler langsomt og beroligende. Nervesystemet falder til ro. Gudsnærværet er indlysende. Nogle gange bevæges jeg, så tårer langsomt løber ned ad kinderne til mine ører, når øjnene flyder over. En oplevelse af lettelse bagefter. Ofte energifyldt et stykke tid efter, jeg har hørt meditationen.
