  • Solid

A good podcast with a likable host. My only complaint is the frequent rephrasing and over explaining. Worthwhile for any who hasn’t spent much time in good literature.

  • Two words: enriching, charming

Well researched and nicely presented. The themes and characters in the literature of the period are so much more relatable when their historical context is understood. I might quibble that the episodes are a little short, but each one is tightly scripted and filled with interesting information. Very enjoyable.
