对我来说，烘焙从来不是一个“兴趣爱好”，它更像是一种和身体合作的方式，用来调节神经系统、稳定情绪。做面包的时候，手在揉、鼻子在闻、眼睛在等，节律是慢的、连续的、可预测的。在这样的过程中，情绪会一点点从失控的边缘退回到身体里。
而在更深的层面，发酵、等待、创造，让我重新感受到时间不是敌人，世界也并非完全不可控。混乱的内在，依然可以在现实中留下一个真实的结果。

说到底呢，这是我们的私人通话而已，两个人生轨迹完全不同但已经做了35年最好的朋友的女人，好不容易找到了一个契机坐下来闲聊，我们会有非常暗黑的幽默感，我们会很吵，我们会很无脑，因为我们只是正常人，并且坚决不想上网教育任何人。这是人生里我能够留下些印迹的方式，我爱梁老师，永远爱她。
