  • Quality

Far and away the best whitecaps and probably the best local sports podcast in Vancouver. Thorough detail and immense passion in every episode. Very long podcast episodes which I love. Songs add a humorous touch to an already humorous person. Would not change a thing about this podcast & highly recommend subscribing to Michael’s extra podcasts that you can find on the AFTN website

  • Best Whitecaps podcast out there

Other footy podcasts that claim to cover the Caps don’t have the passion and thoroughness of AFTN. Sure, it runs a touch long, but most of the content is worth staying for.

  • Easy to like, informed, west coast soccer discussion

I really enjoy the tone of this show. You can hear the affection for the game and culture - and among the hosts as well. It’s quirky, not too serious, not a nerd fest but still professional and informative. McColl is a great interviewer in a light hearted way. Following a Whitecaps team that has been very hard to like over the years, this show is required listening for mental health.

  • Top notch

Excellent coverage of Canadian soccer and specifically the Whitecaps. If you are not into the CPL you can skip over that section but I personally admire their passion for including these new and emerging players and coaches in a serious journalistic way. On the Caps!
