人際關係，為什麼這麼累？
尤其是那種累，不是吵架，不是大事，
而是藏在心裡、悶悶的、說不出來的那種 內耗。
前陣子我又因為一段關係的衝突走心了。
理性上知道不需要在意、知道事情沒那麼嚴重，
但心裡就是收不回來。
我也是那種會想很多、會很在意、
會不小心把別人的情緒背在身上的人。
最後意識到有些人真的不是「我們不足以理解」，
而是「他們選擇活在黑暗裡」。
