This is the only place you need to be, every... more

Outstanding program and very informative about what is really happening in China. The guys have a great rapport and the show is funny too.
Agree that the YouTube channel helps but I appreciate that you have made this available too.
Very clearly very spooky. The Crownaq review is correct imo. Just complete Langley garbage!
The audio version of your YouTube podcast is not appearing on Apple Podcasts. That's three times in the past five weeks.
These guys are great. Their YouTube channel is really what you probably want though. Seeing on the screen what they’re discussing is required to fully understand what they’re discussing but I appreciate the audio version being available for people who don’t have time to watch. These guys are doing excellent reporting and they are definitely worth checking out if you’ve ever been worried about China.
Spent 30 minutes listening to garbage

A sharp, often irreverent take on China that blends current events, culture, and politics with personal experience from two longtime residents. Listeners can expect frank commentary, meme-driven humor, and on-the-ground perspectives about governance, media narratives, technology, and daily life. The tone is candid and provocative, with a clear preference for independent reporting over official narratives, entertainment interleaved with serious analysis, and occasional guests or contributors to broaden the discussion. Notably, the show maintains a patrol-ready stance against censorship and state messaging while keeping content accessible for English-speaking audiences curious about modern China and its global implications.
