土屋さんインタビュー最終回。土屋さんは「はざまの人」でした。だからこそ、縦横無尽にアドカラーの中で活き活きと動き、そして人とつながるということを楽しんでいたのではないかと思いました。そして、アドカラーから土屋さん自身のカフェ「kaeru」へと新たな道へ進んだ土屋さんですが町に色々なコンセプトを持つ居場所が増えることは、この町に住む私たちにとって、とても幸せなことだなと思います。これこそが福祉なのかもしれません。
今回は土屋さんのお話を通して、福祉相談の枠組みのある相談と開かれた街の中でお話をうかがうことの違いだったり、占いと福祉の共通点なんかでけっこう盛り上がっています。専門職としての相談場面も深刻なときは必要ですが、深刻になる前に、気軽に話せる場があると、たぶんもっと生きるのが楽になるんじゃないかなと。今回は司会進行のスズキがけっこうしゃべりすぎて反省しています…。
