    This is a great resource for undergrads like myself thinking about getting into the progression.

    Two suggestions:

    1) Any insight on what the job actually looks like day to day would be awesome for us on the outside.

    2) Podcasts are long format friendly. Consider going for an hour to get a bit more in depth.
