Mega學長,是我大學的熱舞社指導老師。當時我對舞蹈一竅不通,學長算是我在學習流行舞蹈上的啟蒙者。

把我從「肢體殘障」變成「沒那麼殘障」。也因為學了跳舞,讓我在之後當健身房的教練,需要指導會員舞蹈或是要編排動作時,都有一些概念跟方法。

其實憶珊教練的店不是在很繁華熱鬧的都會區,他的店卡在林口跟桃園市之間,

這裡的人口不像林口有比較好的健身概念。

「多數還是長者,他們比較沒有訓練肌力的觀念。」於是他走進社區,幫社區內的長輩開設肌力課。

他也有帶過動症的小朋友訓練,因為帶著自己的兒子,讓他知道運動對過動症的小孩十分重要。

「我也希望可以幫助這邊的小朋友,有一個可以運動的地方。」

但推廣一個觀念總是最辛苦的,他可能要數年的時間,才會慢慢被大眾接受。

我真心希望他的健身房可以很好的經營下去。
