I have listened to other movie reviews and podcasts. They do not have the same structure as this podcast provides. I think that is one of the most compelling and unique things about this podcast. In addition the host Maverick does a great job at keeping those on his podcast from just rambling on. Instead he continually brings the guests back to the point, which is to review and rate the movie(s). There’s a consistent layout all the podcast episodes follow, so you have a good idea of how the podcast host/s go about their critiques. It’s a different way of looking at movies, and they are pretty strict in their assessments. I probably enjoy movies more for enjoyments sake.

Thought of just giving this a 1 start for the heck of it… lol It’s been a pleasure and honor to come on as a guest to review Lord of the Rings content!! That being said, I enjoy Mavs episodes for their deep thought. I am not so critical in some areas but it’s cool to have a different perspective. I also have enjoyed their reviews of the Marvel films.
