However, this podcast is an example of what can happen with the quality and are with which is was made, augments the experience. You will leave this podcast with the stories needed to inspire yourself and others, the framewo... more
We don’t have to choose between one or the other, but traditional models make it seem that way. This is a great primer for the theory behind stakeholder capitalism and stories of businesses that have put it into practice. Important info with great production!
This is a must listen for anyone looking to take action on bringing care and purpose into their business!

The stories here demonstrate it is more sustainable in the long-term for businesses while simultaneously being better for people and the planet.
I really like the thesis of this series and as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur the idea of growing the pie and bringing others in to our mutual benefit is so key. Shareholder vs stakeholder? Gotta keep them both in mind. Some of our greatest struggles do indeed present our greatest opportunities, and it’s thinking like is presented here that will help us find those.
