Introducing Campaigns (formerly Lists)

Lists have been rebuilt as Campaigns: a more advanced system for organising, tracking, and managing podcast outreach.

You can create, edit, archive, share, and export Campaigns, so your team has full control over outreach. You can also keep an eye on performance with stats like reply rate, positive reply rate, and booking rate.

There's a new drag-and-drop Board view, so teams can quickly manage opportunities as they move through the pipeline.

These podcast statuses update automatically as you send and receive emails through Rephonic. If a prospective podcast agrees to an interview, it will move from Pitched to Warm to save you time.

Pitch podcasts directly from Rephonic

You can now send pitch emails directly from your email address without leaving Rephonic.

After connecting an inbox, move through a simple step-by-step flow: choose an inbox, select a sequence, pick contacts, review drafts, configure your sending window, and send. This keeps outreach in one place and helps standardise the process across your team.

Every email is tracked in Rephonic, so your team has visibility into what has been sent and what is scheduled to send soon and when.

Connect your email accounts

With the new Inboxes feature, you can connect and manage email accounts that you want to send emails from. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook or IMAP through a simple setup flow.

Sequences that follow up for you

Never forget to follow up on opportunities thanks to automated multi-step email sequences.

You can now build sequences with multiple emails, set delays between emails, and manage subject lines across the sequence. Follow-ups stop automatically when someone replies, helping you avoid unnecessary emails and keep outreach relevant.

To help you get started faster, we include a few preset templates for different outreach goals. This gives you a useful starting point whether you are looking for guest opportunities, discussing sponsorships or cross-promoting your own show.

Manage replies in one shared workspace

Replies no longer need to live in one person’s inbox. Conversations move into a shared messaging workspace where your team can search and filter threads, view queued and scheduled messages, and reply directly within campaign feeds. Filters for unread status, email account, and campaign make it easy to find specific conversations.

The messaging experience also includes unread indicators to highlight conversations that need attention.

We've made it easier to manage your team's email contacts and personalise your outreach.

You can verify email addresses, edit contacts with custom variables, and use those variables in your pitches.
