  • Amazing, and heartfelt

I first started listening to Natalie’s podcast because I wanted some insight to her coming off birth control and her PCOS because I am having the same issues. But now I can’t stop listening. It’s so honest and I get something out of every episode. It really resonates with me and I love her personality and the topics she talks about. Definitely give her a listen, you won’t be disappointed . 💗💗

  • IF YOU HAVEN’T LISTENED YET… WHAT ARE YOU DOING??

The best podcast ever! Natalie never fails to share her thoughts and personal experiences, even tough ones, with the goal of helping others. She has so many wonderful insightful thoughts and ideas to share. She can be fun and silly but also serious and down to earth. She is so real about her fitness and mental health journey and so inclusive and... more

  • Your Mind DOES matter!

All I have to say, is I enjoy listening to Natalie speak. She is real. She is open. She is vulnerable. She is not afraid of backlash. She helps me see things in my life that I have not understood or even given a thought to before. Thank you Natalie for putting out such resourceful information. I really appreciate it!

  • This is your mind on drugs episode

Loved this episode! I can relate to the idea that drugs are “bad” while growing up. It’s great to hear someone that had a similar experience with their past and drugs! Can’t wait to hear more episodes like this.

  • I like it

I really enjoy your content but the up-talking gets annoying (higher pitched towards the end of a sentence)
